Mat classes
Classic Pilates on the mat
Mat classes build core strength, mobility, and control using your own body weight. They are a steady, grounding way to practise.
Expect clear cues, gentle progressions, and time to get each movement right. Great as a foundation or alongside reformer work.

Small group
Small group sessions
Small groups keep the circle to a handful of people. You get personal attention with the warmth and energy of training alongside others.
A lovely middle ground between a private session and a full class.

Private one to one
Private one on one training
A full session built entirely around you. We work at your pace, on your goals, with your body in mind.
Ideal if you are brand new, returning after a break, or working around an injury or a specific aim.

Reformer Pilates
Reformer Pilates
The reformer uses a sliding carriage and springs to add smooth resistance. It builds full body strength while staying gentle on the joints.
